Skill Level

Every time l log on, my skill level drops I want you or somebody to do something about it. No matter how much I play, if I stop playing that's really affecting my skill level droping

I have noticed that my xp/skill does not change until after I log out and back in after winning or losing games. Even if I play a few, it won't change until after that. If you've lost any games recently, could be doing the same to you?
