Weave7 was the nicest, but all of them are better, than the simplified ones.

I agree weave 7 is my favorite too. I will experiment a bit with path color to see if one is a little better; Equally contrasting but more complementary in color.

Changed coloring, cleaned up some details

I wouldn't say that, they just added 2 maps to testing.
I was just curious as this one seemed to garner better support than my Roundabout map that did make it to testing.

Of course it's not true that the map is till here cause of inactivity. We do have some discussions about the map.
Basically there's nothing really wrong about the map. I has a nice design and a nice path. Only thing you could discuss about is wheter you want the path with or without tunnels.
But our problem is. That the path has nothing inovativ in it. It's somehow like a lot maps we do already have. Nothing special.

Really Penz?
I put something innovative in the original map design and was shot down.
I then submitted it with the lack of tunnels so people would play it.

Then after some refinement:

Also during the assesment phase it got 26/27 stars, which is the highest I have seen.

There were even suggestions of leaving the tunnels in, or to test with both with and without tunnels.

I am willing to conceed if the map is crap and not worth playing, but the inital response was positive. I can take the criticism, I am not doing this for glory, but it does give me a sense of pride knowing I have contributed to a game I like so very much. I would hate to see a potentially good map go by the wayside; since it is mine I am going to advocate a bit more for it.
