is the server okay? ive been disconnected twice today, my internet connection works fine... now the game froze again, i can see chat but i cant do anything.

I've got no problems with the CPU Usage from Creeptd (about 0 - 2%)

how about bandwidth etc? can it really handle that many users?

It's connected via redundant gigabit to multiple backbones in southern germany. However, I can't say where the limit is, we need to figure this out As soon as we reach it, if we do, I would come up with a multi-server solution, e.g. using a single lobby-server and multiple game-servers.

Though, i would be fine just with non-protected server as well, IP to IP etc... allows cheating, but who cares...? we could just use the main server to report cheater IP's and use a blacklist to ban those IP's from all clients. I mean its not like this game is all about being the number 1 in the highscores, is it?

This would not be the quality that I intend to provide I'll keep it up, regardless of what happens, so no sorrows.
