CreepTD switched servers - Please report any issues

First of all: Sorry for not announcing this earlier.

Second: I just finished moving CreepTD to new infrastructure because of a long standing issue with the previous game server dying randomly every couple of weeks.

Please let me know if you are experiencing any issues.
