Login issues

"Please check your player name and your password!"
Is the error message I get when i attempt to login, I have made multiple accounts all on differant emails and tried, made my friend make an account for me (that he tested works) and they all come and say the error message.

Ive reinstalled java, ive reinstalled creeptd 4 times, ive restarted my computer but nothing works. I can login on the website with the account my friend created but once again I cannot login on the actual game.
Is there anything that can help
