And you can't do it. divide through 0 isn't allowed by the mathimatical rules.

Though i'd say the answer is: 42

Sorry to disappoint you but that's Not True. It's the Same with infinite through infinite that's Not 1 either

Let me show you this in a small expample: Ok let's say 0/0 = 1
So what Happens if we say 0 * 0/0 = 1 ? That would be True cause 0*0 is still 0!
Ok now got a problem cause this would mean 0 * 1 = 1 And I think we all know that this is Not true...

You mean: (0*0)/0 = 1, yeah... thats same as saying 0/0 = 1. (0*0*0*0*0*0)/0 = 1 too.

Why would 0*1 be 1?

Infinite divided by infinite is 1 also. Apples divided by Apples is also 1. Its simple as that!

Lets make some math...

  Code:
    10
5 = --
    2

10 = 5*2

    10
2 = --
    5


Right? So 10 = 0, and 2 = 0, and 5 = 1, (from 5 = 10/2 which is 1=0/0)

then replace the numbers:

  Code:
    0
1 = --  <- true!
    0

0 = 1*0  <- true!

    0
0 = -- <- true
    1


Or the other way: 2 = 1, and 10 = 0, and 5 = 0 (from 2 = 10/5 which is 1=0/0)

  Code:
    0
0 = --  <- true!
    1

0 = 0*1  <- true!

    0
1 = --  <- true!
    0


Simple as that.

what I meant in my post. If you say 0/0 is 1 dann 0 * (0/0) is 1 too.

ok. I try to explain it to you: You say 0/0 is 1.
and we know that 0*0 is still 0

ok that means: 0 * (0/0 which is equal to 1 as you say) = 1

Ok again 0* (0/0) = 1 === 0*1 = 1

Another example. One for primary school. If you have 0 apples and divide it into 0 pieces you still have 0 apples. You don't get one apple if you divide 0 apples into 0 pieces...

Ok I see your point and it is true. But the problem is that my point is true too.

Soooo: And now comes the really interessting point --> here we see the reason why you may not divide something trough 0 cause there are numerable possible / right answers it only depends on how you see the number 0.

But you get 1 apple if you divide zero apples with zero apples. Thats how the world exists; something came from nothing. Explain that!

anyways, you cant divide by zero, not even if its zero by zero :D

if you doubt that, check the internet or ask a maths professor :)

If you create your own reality it's true. But only because you changed the whole mathematic. That would mean, that all the mathematical rules wouldn't be right anymore.

i'd die.

my question:
i know the human body is able to heat itself to a steady temperature around 37°C.
but what happens if my surroundings have a temperature of, say, 43°C (maybe in a desert). the body can heat itself by burning stuff, but how does the cooling work? or will my temperature rise along with the external temperature?

(that is a question im asking myself for years now, and no one i asked could give me an answer.)
