[added] MiniQuadCore 16x16

I thought the QuadCore map is too long, and i thought that how about making it small instead of faster paths.

This map is 2.5x faster than the original!

Note: the colors arent exactly like on quadcore, but close... i took a lot of time to find out the correct colors from the original map. also, you cant build on the stars obviously.

Edit: concluded that 2 rounds per core is enough, and added download link:

I set to 2 times now, total length: 93 - original was 280 or something :D so this is about 3x faster.
With 3 times its 126 length - around 2x faster.

I think 2 times is good, since in original the low level creeps (mercury etc) could been shot only at the short distance rounds.

edit: it was 232 -> http://www.creeptd.com/maps/QUADCORE so i think 2 times circling around the cores is best.

Okay, if Krunx or Dcode added the Setup for Maptesting i will test it. Can you add the zip ?
