Merge german and english forums

I think the current method is bad because it divides this community apart and causes duplicate topics to be createn, duplicate problems (bug reports etc) and so forth. If there was just one forum, it would encourage more german people to write in english instead.

Currently the divided forum scares every non-german people out of here because the english forum is basically dead.

There could still be a german forum, but i would think of it more like for those people who cant speak english at all.

Encouraging people to speak english will pay off later. But at the moment you are encouraging people to speak german instead. Which is bad.

I am also thinking about a solution. The problem is that the Community is currently developing from a former german-only to an international one. It's hard to reconcile both the very active german and the emerging english forums.

Maybe another compromise? Like moving the important (maps, development) forums to their own international category but keeping the more talk-related ones in different languages?
