New legend: Translators

Hello there.

Here's that I made for the new tag: Translators (TR in short).

Legend color: Gold instead of yellow.
Logo design: Gold circle w/ star inside and the TR text on bottom.

I think you should add it in the forums to tag the registered user-translators.

Currently the translators rank is not connected to the forums because there is no need for a special permissions group. I even have no idea how to "inject" that into the forums software. Just the avatar is generated directly from the translations database
