Have a "help" section on forum

If people need a moderator or admin for help or to ask a question, what topic do they go to?

I want to complain about the two bugs that I reported in bugs - they've affected two games in a row and consequently made me loose... So because of poor game mechanics I lose two games and no-one will do anything about it?
