New survivor values for Carbon.

Easy: 110 -> 104
Medium: 114 -> 112
Hard: 118 -> 116

The value for Easy was to high it should have been 106 instead of 110 in the past. Since nobody was able to built a Fullbuild on Easy with 110 the values for Medium and Hard where lowered too. Fullbuild should now be possible on Easy.

Short summary:
Open the mapeditor, create your path, doublecheck the pathing/blocked coordinates/empty lines of code/mapauthor signiture, create your background (respect the copyright | don't steal), make a mapfile, make a zip, upload your map in the forum, play it ingame.
