This usually happens if you've got more credits on the client-side than the server actually calculated for you. If this happens, all pending actions remain in a backlog till the money is available. So, when killing a creep, you get some bounty for it and the backlog can proceed.
I think this is basically the same bug that leads to negative credits and other weired stuff we see currently. What I actually need is someone who enables debugging for the game (type /debug into the game chat box) and have a look where he actually got a wrong amount of credits. Everything is explained in the log, only the credits and income messages are important.
Think it, design it, build it, run it. That's what I do.
