I can't log into my old account even though the username is correct. I've done the password recovery several times along with the password activation and the password emailed to me still results in the "Please check your username and password" when I put it in. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You may possibly have been banned due to your smurf account.

It wasn't there...however I hadn't played this game for years, so is it possible that the account was banned because of inactivity? I made this account a couple days ago because I wanted to play the game again

There is no way the account gets banned caz of inactivity.
It would be good for you to keep using new account for now until the admin notices you here but not sure this problem will be solved instantly caz he is inactive these days.

Your account is not banned and there is no way to reset the passwort because there is no working authentication at the registration.
