Question about the name tag:

In the lobby, there are lists of people's names. Beside them are green bars. What's that green bar indicate for?

Your skillbar has not everytime the same size.
The bar is linked with the skillpoints from the player with the most skillpoints who is online.

So if you have X skillpoints and there is no other player online who has more skillpoints - your skillbar is most loaded.
If you have X skillpoints and there is a player with more skillpoints - your skillbar is less than his.
