veto question

hi@all,

when i can veto, i thought i can it with gold skill but it dont work ... only with pro or "special status"?

And why the 2nd can loose in some games (of cause with 1-2 weak players) so much negativ skill, by all the twinks it would be nice if the 2nd become at least +/- 0 skill
