post got deleted and cant log in still

ok well seams my last post got deleted im not to happy since the problem has not been fixed, i cannot log in for no reason, i have read another post regarding this, and dcode stated it was because the player was banned for hacking. well i have not used any hacking programs and i have not used anything to gain a unfair advantage, the only thing i ever have running is a music player because the constant beeps of this game drive me insane, if that is considered cheating the by all means bann me but if its not this is ridiculous, i have been nothing but a loyal player and promoter of this game, this is one of my favorite games and i have had nothing bad to say about it till now. please help me with this issue so i can keep playing the game i so much enjoy

yes i realised that im sorry for that. but the problem still stands that i cannot log in

dcode will look for your problems.
Have you tried the webstart or the applet version, yet? Maybe it works with one of the both.

yes i have tryed both of them as well as ddeleating and redownloading the game nothing works
