Window HiDPI

hi!

i can't figure out a way to make creeptd work with a windows hidpi laptop.
whenever i change resolution and/or display scaling factor creeptd adjusts and stays way too small.

to remedy the situation i have tried all compatibility modes, adding an external exe-manifest files and also disabling scaling in the compatibility settings of creeptd.exe, all to no avail.
(possible that i missed something, i wasn't too systematic when trying it)

is there some kind of command line option to fix this? even just a way to get 2x nearest neighbour upsampling would be great.
