One forum user is bugging out, please help

It seems like all his messages are being replaced with ".." for some reason.

If this is intentional, i request a ban for him. It's highly annoying to read any topic when others reply to his messages which are no longer readable.

Some user do this when they have heavy emotions.
We dont delete the posts so everyone can still try to follow the threads and doesnt wonder about missing parts.

Is that kind of a behaviour acceptable by the forum rules? I'm thinking to do it myself too, it seems like fun.
