Quick Start Guide

I recently watched a few CreepTD videos on YouTube and I really feel sorry for some of our new players because there simply is nothing but a overly detailed manual that explains the very basics if you are entirely new to the game.

So I started an effort to provide a basic quick start guide: http://www.creeptd.com/quickstart

This thread exists to be referenced at the new page so that new players will have a starting point to ask basic questions that are still missing in the guide. The page aims at bloody beginners and pretty much does not contain any advanced information (just links) for those already familar with the game to some degree.

So, if you are new to CreepTD, I really appreciate your feedback and of course any hints on how the guide should be enhanced
