Permission to do a modified version of CreepTD

I can change every file on the game such as smyles,buttons,icons,backgrounds,sounds.
It will be like a full theme version instead of only be creeps and towers.
Screensize is possible to change but i would have to redo every text font size and icons.
*ofcourse the theme would be alot more professional still those stars are lovely.
