cant log in or retrieve password

i haven't played in years and tried signing onto my old account, couldn't. tried several times a day for a week, and just tried again today, and it wont send the email to my account to reset the password. i tried every email i have just too be sure too.

The backupfunction with the email was bugged from the start, since you did not have to confirm your email there is no connection between it and your account. There is no way of restoring a lost passwort other than remembering it.

I am sorry for you loss. If you want to play this game again you have to create a new account.
