[32x32] Galaxy

Hey guys, I'm a pretty new member to this community. I am enjoying this game in a great way, so I decided to make my first map, enjoy! :D

So basically, it's set in a special background. The whole path however is not straight. The creeps move diagonally from space to space.

This is the background:

And this is the path:

So yeah, this is my first map. I hope it's good enough to get accepted and I would be really excited if it's added. Hope you enjoy it!

Naja, mal vom Pfad abgesehen, kann man das Design schon besser machen, sieht ein bisschen billig aus, finde ich.

Hi and thanks for submitting a map!

The map generally meets the technical requirements, however there are some bright-white spots at which white towers will be difficult to see.

it seems to me that you didnt put much effort in the path design, that's just pink squares ^^

regarding the diagonal path: i personally despise diagonal paths, but there many people who are fine with them.
they always come with a flaw: when building right next to a diagonal path, the creeps will overlap with the adjacent towers, which looks a bit buggy (to me, that is).

a plus i have to give is, that the map is PURELY made of diagonal paths, and not mixed. that makes it special.

in the last pieces of path, there are some spots where it isnt clear at first glance where the creeps go. (the path touches another piece of path.)

Ok, thank you so much for responding!

I fixed the issues by:

- Adding cool patterns to the path
- Darkened the bottom right corner of the map where it's too bright
- Made the path a little more distinct with the design

Hopefully my map has improved in a great way! ;)

The first question coming to my mind: What's the origin of the galaxy image used?

Oh well, that stinks. :| But I actually found a site that has public domain images.

I'm going to drop this map and create an even better one. I'll even cite the website on the new thread. Hopefully this will go better.

There is a difference between public domain images and commercial usage images, be sure about that...

No copyright.

Design is not ok.
Path is ok.
