all mirrors that don't reflect at 90° point in the wrong direction
and i don't like diagonals either

but the idea with the reflectors is quite nice.

This was just a spur of the moment idea. Posted prematurely, just to see what the reception would be.

Only the gun and the target would be blocked areas.

Not 100% sure about the wrong direction part. I know mathematically they aren't correct, but when I tried to make it "right" the mirrors don;t quite fit physically.

As far as diagonals, I know people didn't like them since there was a speed issue, but that has been fixed.
I know people don;t like them due to the overlap with the path, I figured having a line as a path and the background being the sky, any overlap would be believable.

i would prefer the reflector-idea with a normal (vertical and horizontal) path. 45°-mirrors would work just fine for that.
