Hmm the body is cooling it self by swetting. If you would have enough water to drink and enough food. Your body would hold it's temperature.

Swetting works like this, if you don't know it: The body looses water. This water evaporates and so it's cooling the body.

yes, but sweating can help cooling the body only as low as the outside temperature - its like fans. a fan can cool stuff, but it will never cool it down further than the surrounding temperature.

not exactly. The fan uses the air which surrounds him. So in this point you're right. if the air he uses has let's say 30° he will never be able to actually cool something down below 30°. Alltough our subjectiv temperature feeling will tell us something else.

But swetting doesn't work like this. I think you know that evaporting needs energy. This energy is taking by heat of the body.
and so the body cools down. That means as long as sweat can evaporate and this has nothing to do with the outside temperature, your body is able to cool itsself.

As high energy molecules evaporate from the skin, releasing energy absorbed from the body, the skin and superficial vessels decrease in temperature.
