Let's finally talk about the map. At this point I would like to excuse myself again for letting you waiting that long, until I finally review the map, but due to university and other pesonal things I didn't find any time sooner then now.
The path seems to be good. Enough good defence spots, although none of them are too good. I think altough there are many defence spots the map is still going to be quite hard to play. Especially since there are maindefence area is not too good after all. You had severall good ideas and therefore added a lot of really nice path elements. I also like the idea, that you cannot build on all of the fields but only on the ones near the path. That shortens the playing time of the map which I really approve of. I am not sure if the gameplay is going to get nice aswell, but I don't think that we can find out about that, before we are actually going to play it.
But unfortunately there are some issues concerning the design. The background seems to be a nice picture but it doesn't match the path and the pathdesign at all. I have tried my best to somehow improve the harmony but I simply don't see any way how to it. Maybe you can figure out a nice way. Otherwise you simply might have to change the background into something less distractive.
I am sorry that I cannot accept the map the way it is at the moment. But I think that if you try and find a way, so that the path and background harmony is going to be improved, this will be a really nice map in the testing area.
