Not too much difference.
The difference is some ways to talk, a few grammar rules (I can say 5%), some words and some "slangs".
Both people can understand each other perfectly.

I can translate into russian. There is so many russians, I wonder why no one did this before

Some phrases can't be translated into russian, because of the game font without cyrillic support, those phrases are:
