Translation state (CTD 1.1)

I'd like to inform you that the current translation keys and values are mainly stable for the 1.1 branch. It's safe to translate now because there will be only rare changes from now on.
All the game and website translations have been updated to the state of 1.1 RC19. I will also tidy up the list of translators soon, removing inactive translators from the translation editor.
