Will it be possible to set a flag independend to the language?

Yes, languages will no longer be bound to a specific flag so you will be able to choose English as your language and Germany for your country flag, for example.

There should be shown the country, when hoovering a flag ingame.

i like that Pirate flag (PP) though i don't know which country this represents... Maybe Somalia?

The PP comes when the game cannot find your country.
