Custom player banner

The only way to distinguish a pro account player for another are those red stripes. Is not that i don´t like them ( i like them ) but all players look the same.
Believe me everyone loves to customize their stats and appearance and put it a pro account only can make some players to buy it.
People can upload a pic with 250x23 resolution to the forums and wait for admin/moderator approval to add them.
*This could be good for a possible clan feature in the game

I did an example with myne banner. Yes i know its different thats why i kept the translator letters and the globe.
*The transperency was not perfect on some letters
