People who quit out of a game get more of a point deduction

But, I do hate it when people quit out of a game and leave you in the dust in a team.
Usually, you lose because you have to keep track of attacking and defending against 2 people.
Is it possible for a person who forfeits a game while in a team to get more of a point deduction? It's pretty unfair when you lose because of the person and get more loss of rank than them. Thanks!
