i would like to be able to make multiple bets simultaneously. when i make a bet in a game that just started, i have to wait for that game to end in order to bet on some other game.

i think this restriction is not necessary and i'd like it to be lifted

Why should be this be preferable?
With multible bets, you join a game take your bet and leave currently; without watching the game.
This would be only good for lame xp farming and has nothing to with bet on a game which you spec.

the outcome of the game is the same, whether you spectate or not.
besides, if you join every game and bet on someone, you will probably be wrong 70% of the time.

I like the restriction of having to wait til your bet ends to start another. It eliminates an easy way to XP farm. I usually stay to watch the games, because it's just fun, but if you are so inclined to leave, you can still play another game and do other stuff, just not bet again. It's like going to a casino and putting money in the slot machine, and walking away to play another before the reels on the first one stop spinning
Okay it's not exactly like that but you get my point.
