Password Recover Email not arriving

So I've lost my password for my account (Racer) and requested multiple password resets over multiple weeks and they never arrived. The website did state that the entered username & email combination is correct though.

I also wrote an email to info@creeptd.com and didn't get any response for over a month so I made this new account.

Can this be fixed? Or can I get my old account name transferred onto this one at least?

Sorry to hear that.
Only dcode can do something about resetting passwords or similar kind of things because he's the developer/administrator.
Unfortunately he's inactive for years now and comes only from time to time online and when he's here then for only a few minutes. So it's pretty unlikely that you get your password back.

The information on the website and in the game that you can request your password is wrong. The lack of an validation-email at the beginn of the account creation inhibits the passwordrequest.

The passwords are cryptographically secured. There is no way we can access your password. So there is also no way to resett it in any kind.

I am sorry for your loss. This is a searios default of the management and it exists since long ago.
