Can't Change E-Mail or Passwords in Edit Account Settings

I Found There is Infamous Bug Where I'm Going to Edit Account Settings Then Change E-Mail or Password and Confirmed. It Doesn't Work for Me and Displaying "The current password you entered is incorrect."

Should I've Found this Bug Needs Report and Fix It for Unknown Reasons
