I´m playing this game to relax a bit but the result is being exactly the opposite.

I´m really get upset and stressed with all the lag that are sometimes.

Sometimes its really unplayable. The game is constantly pausing every few seconds.

I´m sick of loosing skill because of that.

Everytime it happens, i do an Tracert and the problem are lost packets on:

For example, only on the last 10 minutes, i´m getting 6.44%, 5.24%, 6.67% and 5.49% losted packets on in each respectively.

I´m not getting any problems to other ip´s neither for these when the game is not pausing..

This really makes the game impossible to play and it´s really frustrating

i had the same problem for the logest time, and i did stop playing for a while. after i got myslef a better graphics cards and a little more ram, i almost never lag anymore, and only lag when others are lagging too. whats our vid card pushing?

I play on a Laptop:

C2D T7500
3GB
SSD
ATI HD2600

Not the fastest pc on Earth but i play without problems on other times. I can´t play only when i have lost packets on that nodes.. So i´m sure the problem is related with that.

Can you tell me what's the first hop packet loss happens on? Depending on if its hetzner or ares, I might be able to find a solution.

I´ve made two screenshots, one while the problem occurs, other when everything is fine..

Please ignore the lost packets on "Novis". I presume they don´t respond to pings.. It always happens, whether the game is fine or not.

The only thing that happens different when i have that pauses are the lost packets after the hetzner hops.

Considering that Hetzner is a pretty huge ISP, I'd bet that "gw-hetzner.init7.net" is overloaded. Init7 is some pass-through provider located in Switzerland.

I'll send your reports to Hetzner and Init7, maybe they can do something about it
