[Help Request] Lag Issues

I notice a lot of lags sometimes when playing CTD, and the game has completely frozen (with no disconnection message; simply frozen - not the program, just the connection) on more than one occasions.

I have conducted multiple tests, and I am 100% certain it is not an issue with my connection. Immediately upon encountering a frozen game, I run a speed test, download a test file, and run a second online game. All three tests indicate that my bandwidth are flowing at a normal rate.

I am wondering if it has anything to do with certain settings, or if it is merely a server-side problem with e.g. traffic.

Currently, the game is unplayable, as about 20% of my games would play with severe lag, and about 5% of those that do lag would freeze completely.

Same here, but I usually only get to the point of lag in survivor mode. I think the massive amount of entities on the map freeze the game, I can still hover over the tower and creep icons, but I can't send any.

Lately i can´t play a single game without lag issues. The game stops from a few miliseconds to almost a minute sometimes.

Even now, with less than 100 players online, i´m having a lot of lag issues. My connection is good. I have 96Mbps bandwidth (measured right now) and a ping of 15ms to my country and 60ms to creeptd website. I presume not my fault

It´s impossible to play this way.. Is really boring ruin a complete game because the lag

me too, i have freezes for 0,2-2 seconds, then the creeps move really fast to sync up. every now and then, the lag becomes so bad that i have to kill java.

got that problem for about 2 weeks.
