Hey, seems me and my friends encountered something strange; I was playing the game with two of my friends when one of my friends client's "screen went black" as he described it, shortly after I remember the game kicking me and since then I have been unable to log in?

I don't know what happened, could someone please clarify as to whether this is a problem on my end or the servers and if it can be resolved? Thanks!

The server has banned you for cheating. Can you provide me with additional details what exactly you did before this happened? Even if you really cheated, which I don't assume, I'd unban you (PM me, nobody 'd need to know) - I just need to know what's going on exactly

I wasn't cheating mate I was just upgrading towers when it happened, I thought it just seemed coincidental that immediately after my friends game crashed me and my other friend both crashed out as well, rendering me unable to login

If it's of any help we were playing Survivor Co-op on sphere

i havent been able to log into the server all day, at first i thought it was a short downtime, but 12 hours later and i still cant it wont work on another account and another computer eaither please let me know whats going on

ya it says that in the bottom right corrner, but i go to log in and it says log-in failed, i just tryed making a new account and everything

i am having a issue where i cannot log in, it says log in failed, and has said that all day please help

same as this name GURAQTINVU, i was playing the game, and was lagging very bad in sandbox mode or survivor, cant remember what one, then the screen went black so i exited and tryed to relog in but it wouldent let me, the only other thing i had running was win amp (music player)

I have trouble loging in as well i was playing with my friend but suddenly i got kicked while in room for surviver game. Now i am unable to log in.

This happened yesterday. I was not home while this happened, i was at my friends house. My friend "Beazz" now have trouble loging in as well. We have a bunch of computers which on some of them we are able to login. I havent tried login in at home.

I figured it was because of my provoking username "d1ckface" so i tried creating another one "p0werRanger" but still that didnt work.
Before i figured it was because of my username i created "dickface", "d1ckfaze" and "hoboman". I was actually able to log in with the account dickface on another pc of his.

It seems that whatever got me banned now have permanent effect on his network. If you could pls fix that so he "Beazz" can play again and unblock my account "p0werRanger" i would be thankful!

you can delete my other accounts if you want i used the same email to create them..

^^ My account "p0werRanger" works fine on any other pc except mine. I think its just my pc that has been blocked so i cant play with any accounts from my pc. If thats the case then my friend "Beazz" wouldnt have any problems playing on his computer and the fix would just be to unblock my pc(laptop) and maybe delete my other accounts

just to give a quick update on the problem:
-My friend Beazz can play perfectly on his pc's.
-the only problem is that my pc remain blocked for some reason.

could it be because i use the same email and password for both accounts?

Try it again, now it might work.
Do you use a static IP? -> change it.
