Well, there is another solution to the players who forgot to change it.
You see, there is the Country Settings on the topright of your screen in the login.
Change the flag settings from US (default) to any flag you want (If you are living in US, leave it default). Example:
US is changed to PH and DE is changed to AU.
That's how you do it as the Skill settings did and it's important.
